Dragon Ball Legends Promo Codes: How to Find & Redeem Them

Bandai Namco occasionally releases promo codes (gift codes) for Dragon Ball Legends – free Chrono Crystals, tickets or items, usually around anniversaries, collabs and big announcements. Here's how redeeming works, where to find codes that are actually still valid, and how to avoid the scam sites.

How to redeem a promo code

1. Open Dragon Ball Legends and tap Menu.
2. Look for the gift code / promo code entry (in the menu list or under Other, depending on the version).
3. Enter or paste the code exactly as published – codes are usually case-sensitive.
4. Confirm, then collect the reward from your in-game gift box.

If the game says the code is invalid, it has most likely expired – promo codes are often live for only days or weeks.

Where to find codes that still work

Official codes come from a small number of places:

• The official Dragon Ball Legends social accounts (X/Twitter, etc.) and in-game news.
• Livestreams and events around anniversaries and Legends Festival.
• Occasional collab promotions.

The DBL QR generator has a built-in promo codes panel that lists currently known codes with their expiry dates and source links – tap a code to copy it, then paste it in the game. The list is updated regularly, so you skip the graveyard of expired codes that many "code list" sites never clean up.

Avoid the scams

Search results for "free Chrono Crystals codes" are full of generator scams. Two rules keep you safe:

• No site can generate Chrono Crystals. Any page asking you to complete surveys, log in with your account, or "verify" to receive crystals is a scam.
• Never enter your account details anywhere outside the game. Redeeming a promo code never requires your password or transfer code.

Legitimate promo codes are typed into the game itself – nothing more.

Promo codes vs. friend codes

Don't mix them up: promo codes come from Bandai Namco and give rewards to everyone; friend codes identify individual players and are used to add friends or scan each other during Dragon Ball events.
