During anniversary and special events, Dragon Ball Legends lets you scan your friends' QR codes to collect Dragon Balls together – and once you've gathered all seven, you can summon Shenron for rewards. This guide walks you through the whole process: finding the scanner, getting scannable codes from your friends, and what to do when you can't meet in person.

Where is the QR scanner in Dragon Ball Legends?

The scanner is part of the friends menu:

1. Open Dragon Ball Legends and tap Menu.
2. Go to Friends.
3. Select Scan QR code (the option appears while a scan event is running).
4. Point your camera at your friend's QR code.

Each unique friend you scan gives you a Dragon Ball. Scanning the same person twice doesn't award a second one, so you'll need several different friends to complete the set of seven.
